Apharan follows Rudra Srivastava (Arunoday Singh), a senior inspector in the Uttarakhand Police, who is tempted into a kidnapping plot at the request of a politician’s wife. What begins as an extortion plan goes horribly wrong when the kidnapped girl ends up murdered, forcing Rudra into jail.
