Founder & Chief Creative at Swastik Productions, Siddharth believes in telling Indian stories to the world.

Circa 2007, when he set up Swastik Productions, and today it is one of India’s Premium Media Houses that continues to grow leaps and bounds. Being a director at heart, he has been able to tell some of the greatest Indian stories with commercially and critically acclaimed television shows like Mahabharat, Porus, Radha Krishna, Razia Sultan, Karmaphal Data Shani to name a few.

Over the years he has grown Swastik from being a pure content company to a media entity by evolving and diversifying into different line extensions with “One life studios” – where stories of today’s India are being told, starting off with “Escaype Live” – A Disney + Hotstar series co-written, created and directed by Siddharth.

He truly believes that he has one life to live and remains focused to telling stories with a heart and partnering with talent that reflects the same. He wishes to build an organization that can walk its own path.

Rahul Kumar Tewary | Producer

Mr. Rahul Kumar Tewary is one of the leading producers of the Indian Television industry. He has been in the business for over a decade and is known for creating unique shows which have changed the dynamics of the Indian Television industry. He did his masters from Australia, after a 10 years stint in the Australian commerce industry he came back to India and scaled Swastik Productions to be India’s leading production house. He has produced more than 27 successful series.

One Life Studios made history in 2017 by producing India’s first global series “PORUS”. It is the first production house to own a 100% IP right of a primetime Tv series in India.With his overseas exposure and experience Rahul today stands as one of the most successful TV producers in the country.

Along with creating content Rahul has also formed a distribution company named ONE LIFE STUDIOS and has ventured into distributing films and TV series across the globe.

Gayatri Gill | Co-Producer | Chief Content Head

Gayatri is the Co producer and Chief Content Head of One Life Studios. With a portfolio that spans over 15 years, she has hands on experience in of production and writing for television, animation, digital, and documentary formats. She has just authored her first book which has been well received by readers and critics alike, Gayatri’s forward-minded and result-centric attitude accelerates the One Life team to create quality content that strikes a chord with viewers across demographics. Her vision is to watch One Life transform into a multi-media creator that creates world class premium content.
She also plays an integral role in – Swastik Bhoomi and Swastik Productions and is known to be a strong, fearless voice when it comes to the work the company does.

Ritesh Kaul | Business Head

The man with a heart of gold, Ritesh Kaul, is a core element of One Life’s consistency in top-notch performances. Being the Business Head, he bridges the deadly gap between the creatives and production department. Irrespective of the complexity and spontaneity of the requirements, Ritesh’s 9 years of experience helps mould problems into a solution.

Despite juggling multiple production managers, Ritesh supervises production pipelines at an advanced level. Besides, his perspective on commercials, operations, and execution, makes him a key aspect of One Life Studios.

Ritesh has a tendency to exploit the depths of his creativity and stimulate content to a whole new level. After 14 years of rocking the aviation industry, he took a leap into the M&E universe by joining hands with One Life Studios. The stark resemblance of his navigation prowess reflects in his personality and everyday demeanor. Most importantly, his capacity to bring synchronicity amongst each contributor at One Life is infinite!

Nitin Gupta | Senior Creative Director

Nitin Gupta, Senior Creative Director, hopped onto the Swastik Productions bandwagon in 2007 for his first ever job. Over the past 13 years, he has been an integral part of every show created by the company and has persistently showcased a workaholic attitude coated with a hardcore intensity.

Hailing from Gorakhpur, this creative genie stealthily clicked a picture (from Mr. Siddharth’s office) of the Best Screenplay Award won by Amber Dhara in 2007, and in 2019 he himself went to stage to collect all awards for Swastik’s impeccable mythological show, Radha Krishn.

Apart from being thoroughly detail-oriented, Nitin has a knack to offer prolific artistic propositions that intensify the message of on-screen visuals.

Nitin’s work philosophy revolves around a lesson taught by a short story by Leo Tolstoy; being at the right place at the right time and doing the right thing. This is what has made the world of a difference through his uphill journey.

Amol Surve | Senior Creative Director

Currently our Senior Creative Director, Amol started his stint with Swastik Productions in 2011 as the dialogue writer for a heart-warming show, Bandhan. Amol wanted to break the norm and work on out-of-the-box content that comes with creative challenges. Watching Swastik’s fascinating work, he grabbed the opportunity to work with the best.

Over the past 8 years, Amol’s contribution extended from the writing team to being a Creative Producer. Amol believes Swastik has not only positively influenced his career, but also made him evolve as a human. In the past Amol has directed TV shows in Hindi and Marathi, while also being the lead writer in some.

Sandeep Gulati | Commercial Head

Having sailed with the powerhouses of the Indian M&E Industry for over 14 years, Sandeep Gulati, Head Commercial, possesses extensive experience in the domains of commercials, broadcasting, and production house operations. His MBA in Marketing and Finance, coupled with his creative dexterity, makes a perfect combination for maximizing the perks of commercials.

Sandeep has had 2 incredibly valuable stints with Viacom18 and Sony in senior-most positions and has worked with reputed Production houses, across Hindi & regional M&E markets. His tenure with such industry-leaders equipped him with priceless insight, techniques, and strategies on the secrets of broadcasting.

His beliefs follow the passion of a Never Say Die attitude and seeks everyday inspiration from Robert Frost’s advocacy of the ideology, “I still have miles to go before I sleep”.

Desmond Dgama | Technical Head

A seasoned technocrat and Technical Head at One Life Studios, Desmond’s 25 years in the M&E industry includes carrying out complex digital transformation programs that frequently adopted modern technologies, redefining business functions within their operating models. Being a passionate techie, he finds joy when diving into an amalgamation of technology, research, and movies.

Also known for his audio designing and visual styling mastery, he worked as an Editor for advertising. Desmond was involved as a Post-Production Head/Editor for Boogie Woogie, India’s first reality dance show. Subsequently, he showcased his sound technicalities as an editor for OAP at Set India Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Editor for Sony Entertainment Television Network.

Desmond also assisted in launching a television broadcast channel, Epic TV, where he executed the entire chain of technical aspects.

Sonal Gupta | Syndication Head

Sonal’s work ethic leaves a stamp everywhere she displays her vast professional experience as a media expert. Her 15 plus years of media-intensive projects include invested years with MSM Discovery, Neo Sports ,Videocon D2h and IndiaCast Media.

Presently Sonal is flourishing as a Senior Director – Content & Alliances with One Life Studios. Her business-minded approach merged with her knack for identifying quality content proves to seal high-yielding partnerships across the globe. She is capable of building and overseeing alliances with globally renowned studios while also using her sharply groomed analytical skills to cross-trade content.

Despite having faith in the concept “Keep it short and simple”, Sonal manages to excel in the entire spectrum of Distribution, Licensing, Sales, and Curated collaborations.
